Llegue a orthoNOW con una fractura en mi brazo derecho y en mi dedo meñique izquierdo. La atención fue inmediata, muy profesional y sobretodo con una calidad humana que me impresionó. Dr. Serralta was amazing. Unlike many medical practitioners and providers these days that do not necessarily make you feel cared for as an individual, she was empathetic and took the time to listen and truly showed vmcare and compassion. Although I was in severe pain and probably a bit grumpy, she mainted her composure and made me feel at ease and cared for. I appreciate everything that Dr. Serralta did for me in my moment of severe pain.
