Showed up to their office in extreme pain. Turns out its closed even though this listing says open and I was able to... submit a patient form on their website which also says NOW OPEN in caps! Now I won’t be able to see a doc today and I’m out $30 in Uber rides.read more

I just OrthoNOW Biscayne from. I have to say that the store has the best selection of different cribs and strollers!... They have the brand products at the best prices! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Were very professional and helped me choose the product that best met my needs for my new born. This Urgent Care has been very supportive, friendly, clean, and professional! They definitely do go above and beyond... for you. Fatima definitely tried to help me by getting in contact with many imaging places to make sure they would take my insurance. The doctors and nurses are also great as they check on you even days after you went!read more

Came here following a bicycle accident. Came to find out that I had a scarphoid fracture in my wrist. Dr.Will put me in... a cast for 6 weeks. The process was fairly painless and straight forward. The wait time was minimal and Dr.Will was able to work with me throughout the recovery, answering any and all of my questions. I definitely feel at ease coming here and would highly recommend OrthoNow to anyone!read more

Biggest SCAMER of all times!!! Stay AwayI had a car accident, i call them to ask how much was the visit they told me... $125.00 with x-ray, they ask me my PIP number and i was so naive to give it to them they charge my insurance $1000.00 on top of the supposed final $125, i will never refer those scamer and i will make sure they never get paid for this FAKE outstanding balance.Doctor is an Ethical job shame on you for scaming the system !!read more

We arrived early so we would have time to do paperwork and all the insurance before our appointment. There were 5... staff people working we could see and not one, single patient. We still waited for 40 min while they chatted, ate and hung around. Will never use OrthoNOW again and recommend you don’t either.UPDATE:Since writing this review I was contacted by OrthoNOW and asked to email more specific information. I did. In a follow-up email they expressed sincere apologies and assured me they are working hard to improve customer service and will address each of my concerns directly. I am satisfied with the response.read more

Great experience! Entire staff, including x-ray technician and Charlotte the administrator who helped me out with the... papers and explained it all. I waited 5 minutes tops, and Dr Goldmark was great and thorough. Finally someone who diagnosed me properly. Highly recommend OrthoNowread more

As a handyman, anything can happen to you on the job. Well, just that I stepped into a rusty nail. I immediately... called different urgent care facilities. Some places didn't offer tetanus vaccine and/or others prices were outrageous. I must say when I called OrthoNOW the staff was polite and helpful. Offered the tetanus vaccine and it was a a reasonable self pay price. Once I arrived I was seen immediately with no long wait. The physician was great. He was helpful and his injection technique was amazing. I would recommend OrthoNOW for any non life emergency situations.read more
